Victoria Breed Kennedy Reimer Barruzza

Victoria passed away at home, surrounded by family after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. 

Vicky was born in Princeton NJ, and lived in Hightstown, NJ before moving to Hamble, England for a year with her parents.  Upon her return to the United States, she resided in Yardley and Morrisville, where she graduated from Pennsbury High School and Bucks County Technical School in 1971.   

Vicky was a school bus driver for Pennsbury School District for more than 30 years, a career that she loved.  She was also an animal control officer for Lower Makefield Township for many years. 

She is preceded in passing by her parents Howard and Peggy (Lockyer) Breed, her second husband Eugene E. Reimer, and the love of her life, third husband Michael A. Barruzza.  Vicky and Mike loved participating in their car clubs, The Professional Car Society and The Valley Forge Region Cadillac and LaSalle Club.  They also enjoyed traveling together and spending time with their grandchildren. 

Vicky is survived by her children, Nicole Thompson (Edmond), David Kennedy (Christine) and Ian Kennedy (Stephanie) Diane McCarthy (John) and her grandchildren, Eddie and Alyssa, Victoria and Denny, Kadence, Colton, Elizabeth, Harley, Connor, Chase, Caitlyn, John, Michael, Amber and her beloved rescue dog, Max.  Max rescued her in January of 2022, when she adopted him from Bucks County SPCA. 

Family and friends are invited to gather Monday evening, April 10, 2023, from 7 – 9 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA 19007. Interment will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road Newtown, PA 18940. Please arrive at 9:15 am so that interment can take place at 9:30 a.m., due to cemetery restrictions.
