Thomas J Sembrot, Jr.

October 3, 1936 — March 31, 2022

Tommy Sembrot passed away peacefully on March 31, 2022, at St. Mary Medical Center at the age of 85.

Born in Olyphant, PA, predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Josephine Sembrot and brother Bobby Sembrot.

Tom, a loving and devoted family man, was married to his wife Carol (Burkett) for 56 wonderful years.  He will be deeply missed also by his daughter Sherri Marino and husband Darren, his grandchildren Tyler, Dominique, and Brett.  Survived by his sister Carol Bettelli (Bob), and brother-in-law David Burkett (Barbara).  He had many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was a resident of the Bucks County area since 1953.  Tom was the founder and operator of Kenwood Hardware, previously employed at Pep Boys, US Steel (accounting), and Team Toyota.

He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves, a volunteer fireman for Bristol Boro #2 and a member of The Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree.

He spent many miles on his pride and possession Harley-Davidson, traveling with his special group of best friends.  Another of his great passions was cleaning all of his “many” cars throughout the years.  He loved his Sunday mornings listening to Frank Sinatra.  Tom had a love for life and genuine kindness for all.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
