Teresa Pietrowski

Teresa Pietrowski (nee Duncan) of Levittown passed away peacefully at the age of 83 while surrounded by her loving family on August 28, 2018. Teresa was born in Philadelphia, Pa. the daughter of the late Robert and Teresa (Buckley) Duncan.  She dedicated her life to the care of her family. Teresa was a waitress at the Yardley Country Club for most of her career.  She also drove a school bus for the Pennsbury School District. She possessed a unique talent to create and use her hands to crochet, sew and cook her favorite dishes. Her passion was gardening; she called it her “Therapy.” She grew up in Bucks County and lived on Craig Avenue in Bensalem, Pa. with her late sister Francis Romberger and her late brother James Duncan. Teresa attended Bensalem High School Class of 53. Teresa especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Teresa would go to lunch with her childhood friends on many occasions. Preceded in death by her husband William J. Pietrowski of 40 years, her grandson Thomas E. Britton, III. Teresa will greatly be missed by her children, Sharon A. Sutherland-Morano (Ralph), Diana Sutherland (Dan Marks), and Teresa Britton (Tom), grandchildren Michelle L Britton, Kris Britton (Kait), Ashley Marks (Chris), great grandchildren Thomas Evan Britton and Kristopher Jr. her beloved companion Zee Zee and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday, August 31, 2018 from 9-11 am at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057.
