Stephen J Barna

Stephen J. Barna of Fairless Hills, PA passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family Thursday, December 1, 2022. He was 74. Born and raised in Swoyersville, PA he has been a resident of Fairless Hills for the past 65 years. Stephen was drafted right after high school into the US Army and served in the Armor Tank Division during the Vietnam War where he received 3 Purple Hearts. After his retirement from the army he then became a crane operator for US Steel until his retirement. Stephen enjoyed detailing cars and lawn work. He is preceded in death by his father Stephen Barna. Stephen will be greatly missed by his loving wife Connie of 37 years, his children Stephen J. Barna, Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Christopher J. Barna, Sr. and his wife Karina, Michael R. Barna, Brittany L. Vause and her husband Sean and Rachel M. Reardon and her husband Timothy, his grandchildren Peter, Joseph, Matthew, Luke, Rebecca, CJ, Chase, Owen, and Harper. He will also be greatly missed by his loving mother Sally Barna and grand dogs Tucker and Archie. Interment will be held privately at Washington Crossing National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
