Stephanie L Bye

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our loving daughter, sister, and Aunt, Stephanie Lynn Bye, who left us unexpectedly on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the young age of 36.  

Born on August 30, 1986, in Langhorne, Stephanie grew up in Levittown, and graduated from Neshaminy High School in 2005.  Stephanie is survived by her mother and best friend, Cherie Bye (Pruss), loving father, Helmut Bye, sisters, Kimberly Bye and Emily Marut, brother Christopher Marut, newborn niece Charleigh Cotton, grandfather Raymond Pruss, Aunts Karen Moraes (Ed) and Kristie Turner and cousins Jessica Richmond, Dan Richmond and Anthony Piccari. Stephanie is preceded in death by her grandmother, Wanda Pruss, whom she shared a special bond with.  

Stephanie was fun-loving, enjoyed going on adventures, treasure hunting for bargains and would never pass up a good find. In her free time, Steph could always be found spending quality time shopping with her mom or caring for animals. Stephanie’s passion for pets was unmatched, especially for her dog, Lily, and cats, Myra, and Tigger, who she treated as her children.  

Above all else, Steph’s greatest joy in life was caring for others. She could always be counted on to provide insight and compassion when someone was in need. As the oldest sibling of four, Stephanie was the backbone of the family. She took every opportunity to let us know how much she loved us, no matter where life took her on her journey. Stephanie’s beautiful life will forever be remembered by the many lives she touched. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
