Sharon A Hoffner

Sharon Anne Hoffner (nee: Barraclough) of Levittown, PA passed peacefully to Heaven on May 16, 2021, with her husband and sister by her side. She was 61.  Sharon fought a courageous battle and always had a smile for a familiar face.

Sharon was born and raised in Somerton, PA where she raised her daughter Ashley.  She moved to Levittown 13 years ago with her loving husband Dave.

Sharon worked for the NJ Department of Motor Vehicles for 10 years and enjoyed her job.

As a child Sharon enjoyed playing basketball out front of her childhood home. She looked forward to the yearly family Wildwood vacations as kids and later would return to Wildwood to vacation with her parents and Ashley.

Sharon loved cruising to many different Islands with her sweetheart Dave. Her parents even joined them in 2004, to double the fun, and they wound up stuck out at sea for a few extra days.

Sharon enjoyed reading, jigsaw puzzles, going to see her friends Bob and Kathy in the mountains, and spending summers swimming in her pool with Ashley and Giovonni.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Anne Barraclough, and husband Wayne Kunkle. Sharon will be missed by her loving husband David Hoffner, daughter Ashley Marion (nee Kunkle), son in law Eugene Marion, grandson
Giovonni Robinson and granddaughter Avyonna Marion.  Her siblings James Barraclough (Diane), Judy Barraclough Sooby (Michael), sister in law Diane Hoffner and brother in law Robert Hoffner.  She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews Grace Ann Barraclough, Nicholas Barraclough, James Barraclough Jr. (Kirsten) and Michael Sooby Jr.

Sharon loved riding with Dave on his Motorcycle and the feeling of flying free in the wind. She now flies FREE Eternally with many family and friends in Heaven.

Please join us for Sharon's Celebration of Life on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 11 – 1 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057.  Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Keeping with CDC guidelines, social distancing and masks are mandated indoors and outdoors.
