Patricia Simmons

Patricia A. Simmons, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Oxford Crossings in Langhorne, surrounded by her loving family. She was a woman who lived a life filled with compassion, kindness, and generosity. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on those around her.

Patricia's life was a testament to love and support, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a profound impact on her family and friends, always putting their needs above her own, and her spirit will live on through their cherished memories.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Simmons Sr., her daughter Kelly A. Simmons, and her parents Thomas and Ida Humphrey.

Patricia was a cherished matriarch and is survived by her loving children: Valarie Simmons, Kimberly Cavanaugh (Joseph), Veronica Simmons (Stanley), Charles Simmons Jr. (Michelle), Christopher Simmons Sr., and son-in-law Kenneth Koscinski. Her family will forever hold her memory in their hearts especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren Patrick, Raymond, Valarie, Melody, Amelia, Craig, Shannon, Nick, Madison, Kaidence, Joey, Ryan, Bryanna, Alyssa, Tony, Sean, Erik, Skylar, Anthony, Leo, Isabella, Makayla, Juliette, and Chris Jr.

Services honoring Patricia will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 9:00am to 11:00am with a memorial service to follow beginning at 11:00am. Immediately following the memorial service, Patricia will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery.

In this time of loss, let us come together to celebrate Patricia’s life and the many ways she illuminated our lives with her kindness and warmth. May she rest in peace.
