Patricia A Carlo

Patricia A. Carlo of Bensalem, PA passed away peacefully on January 28, 2020 at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia surrounded by her loving family.  She was 67.  Born and raised in Philadelphia, she has been a resident of the Bensalem area for the last 8 years.  She was a graduate of St. Hubert Catholic High School Class of 1969, then continued her education at LaSalle University for her bachelor’s degree, then from there went on to Holy Family University to receive her master’s degree in education.  Patty was an English teacher for 47 years at Archbishop Ryan High School where she was an active teacher and involved in many various extracurricular activities.  She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Bessie Carlo.  Patty will be greatly missed by her brother Frank J. Carlo Jr and his wife Joanne and her nephew Stephen Carlo.  Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 9:30 – 11:30 am at St Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.  A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:30 am.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Archbishop Ryan High School, 11201 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.
