Nancy P Westerman

Nancy P Westerman, 64, passed on December 22, 2021. She was born to Edward and Elizabeth Martin in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 30, 1957, and was one of 10 children, Francis (Sharron), Betty, Gene (Donna), Hon-Hon (Danny), Patty, Edward (Carol), Kathleen (Chick), Dolores (George) and Susan. 

She married Jim in 1978 and they lived together in Levittown, Pennsylvania for 39 years. Nancy and Jim were an inseparable couple and a living example of two becoming one in marriage. Together they raised four children Michael, Jim (Valerie), Jeff (Erin), Brian (Jessica). She is survived by 17 grandchildren Jacob, James, Zachary, Emily, Jayden, Joslyn, Nicholaus, Julia, Sean, Addison, Isaac, Blake, Lyla, Leighton, Colt, Jack, and Cooper. She will be sorely missed by her best friend and sister Susan Pierson, Bobby, Shannon, Kristie, Nicole and dozens of other loving nieces and nephews who all have a special place in their hearts for “Aunt Nancy.” 

In addition to her large and boisterous family, she loved her extended family of tight knit brother and sister in laws, and we will all never forget the good times we all spent together. 

Sometimes God puts Angels on the earth to show others the way.  Nancy, like her mother Elizabeth, had a special place in her heart for everyone and loved them just as they were.  She always was available for everyone to listen, visit, laugh, care for, defend and make you feel like you were the greatest person on earth.  Her four sons were blessed to have such a loving and positive influence and the world is a much better place because of what she taught the people she left behind.

Nancy and Jim are back together again.   We all know he is waiting with open arms on a sandy beach waiting to walk through eternity together with the sound of the crashing waves and the sun dipping low over the horizon.

She will be so missed by all of us.  Gone but not forgotten, we will all miss you, and wait for the day we meet you again.

Family and friends are invited to gather Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 9 - 10 am at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA 19047.  Funeral Mass will begin at 10 am.  Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
