Mary E Wiese

Mary E. Wiese (nee McLean) passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.  She was 95 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, Mary was a longtime Bristol Township resident.  Graduate of Bristol High School class of 1945.  She loved cooking for her family and held an annual Christmas Eve gathering, where she served her famous cream puffs. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She owned and operated Bob’s Ceramics for 15 years with her husband and daughter.  She also taught ceramics classes at the Bristol Boro Senior Center for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mabel (nee Wagner) McLean, her husband of 56 years Robert E. Wiese, Sr., grandsons Mark Lovett and Jason Schank, son-in-law Stanley Lovett, Sr. and brothers Joseph and John McLean.

Mary is survived by her son Robert E. Wiese, Jr., daughters May Lovett of Benton, Ellen Longstreet (Jim) of Bristol, Susan Schank (John) of Bristol, daughter-in-law Sylvia Volksdorf, sister-in-law Lynn McLean, eight grandchildren and spouses, 21 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to gather Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 12 -1 pm at Trinity Bible Church, 1229 Newport Road, Bristol, PA 19007. Funeral service will begin at 1 pm.  Interment will be private at a later date.
