Kathy Mabin

Kathy Jane Mabin, 62, of Levittown, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

Born on January 10, 1963, Kathy was the daughter of the late Alexander and Miriel McGowan. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sean Gerard Mabin.

Kathy was a devoted mother to her three children, Sean Mabin, Melissa Chairmonte (Christopher), and Kevin Mabin. She was also the proud grandmother of Jason Fowler and Lucas Chairmonte, whose laughter and joy filled her heart. Kathy is survived by her siblings, Miriel, Gail, and Alexander, as well as her many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and countless friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and generosity.

A woman of great warmth and love, Kathy had a passion for gardening and creating beautiful spaces. She was also an avid fan of the Eagles, we know she was cheering on the Super Bowl win. More than anything, Kathy loved being with her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy, and she was always ready to help anyone in need, offering a hand, a smile, or a listening ear.

Her family and friends will remember Kathy for her compassion, her unwavering support, and her bright spirit. She had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel loved and valued, and her legacy of kindness and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held with a luncheon at 12pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Georgine's, Bristol, PA.

Kathy will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love.
