Joseph L Marozzi

Joseph L. Marozzi, age 81 of Yardley passed away peacefully on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Chandler Hall Hospice in Langhorne.  Born and raised in Bristol Boro he has been a resident of Yardley for the past 40 years. Mr. Marozzi was the founder of Maro Electronics in Bristol Township for over 30 years before his retirement last year. Mr. Marozzi was also a proud army veteran who served with Headquarters 1st Infantry Brigade. He is preceded in death by his sister Betty Cordisco her late husband Dave and brothers Louis (Sonny) Marozzi and Augustine Marozzi.  He will be greatly missed by his wife of 55 years Jacklyn (nee: Long) Marozzi, his daughter Jill Petolillo and her husband John of Newtown and their children Austin, Alexa and Aidan, his sister Michele Sawyer and her husband Jerry of Naples, FL, sisters in law Sylvia Marozzi and Shirly Marozzi. He is also survived by his son Jeffrey and his wife Janet of Warrington, their children Christopher and Julia, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and good friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 10 - 11 am at St. Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA 19007.  Funeral Mass will be at 11 am.  Interment will be held 1 pm Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road Newtown, PA 18940. Please arrive precisely at 12:45 pm, so that interment can take place at 1 pm., due to cemetery restrictions.  The family requests that any memorial donations be made to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
