He graduated from Bishop O’Hara Catholic High School in Dunmore, PA in 1992, then went on to attend and graduate from Wilkes University (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in 1997. In 2009, they welcomed Michael Keegan into the world and into their hearts. Jeff was one of the good ones. He was smart, hardworking, and funny. To know Jeff was to love him. Jeffrey was employed by ACCESS Services for nearly 18 years. At work, Jeff was a mentor to many; he loved to serve people and taught others how to serve people well. At home, he was Jeffy and Daddy. Jeffrey was an amazing father to his son, Michael. He was so proud of Michael’s achievements and worked tirelessly to support Michael’s soccer aspirations. Michael and Jeffrey truly were best friends. Jeff enjoyed every minute of his time spent with Keli and Michael, including attending Philadelphia Union games and the family’s annual vacation to Wildwood Crest, where he was the life of the party. His absence will be felt forever.
