Helen M Maurio

Helen Maurio (Mariani) 87 of Bristol passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 30.  She was a lifelong and devoted parishioner of St. Ann Church in Bristol.  She was employed by Rohm and Haas Company for 20 years.

Helen’s passion was shopping at craft stores and decorating her home beautifully.  After a day of shopping with her friends, she enjoyed eating at Cesare’s Restaurant.

Helen’s vivacious personality and smile were very endearing.  She loved to dance and was very entertaining.  She was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends.

Helen was the daughter of the late Emidio Mariani Sr. and Pinate Mariani, and is predeceased by her loving husband of 68 years, Jerry Maurio Sr., her sisters Julia Drabik and Ida Zazzarino, her brothers Anthony Mariani Sr. and Emidio Mariani Jr., and her nephew Anthony Mariani Jr.

She is survived by her daughter Angela Maurio of Malvern, PA, and her son Jerry Maurio Jr. and his wife Joanne Maurio of Doylestown, PA, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, February 4, 2022, at St. Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA 19007, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at St. Mark’s Cemetery.
