Glennia Lee Johnson

Glennia Lee Johnson age 51 years old of Levittown, PA, passed away suddenly on Wednesday May 10th, 2023, surrounded by family & friends. Glennia was born December 3rd, 1971, prematurely at Abington Hospital weighing only one pound. Glennia overcame her early arrival challenges to grow and have a normal productive life. Glennia graduated from Neshaminy high school in 1990.

Glennia attended church at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, PA. Glennia had a spirit of help and was always helping others any way she could. Glennia volunteered in the children’s church ministry, working in the nursery caring for infants and toddlers so their parents could attend church services. Glennia loved children and cared for many children over the years. Glennia enjoyed watching soap operas, her favorite being General Hospital.

Glennia was employed at Asembia of Trevose, PA and enjoyed her time working there.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents: Ada D. Thompson-McClendon & Donald McClendon.

Grandparents: Gladys C. Thompson & William A. Thompson

She is survived by her siblings: Gladys C. Thompson-Smith & Phillip M. Thompson

Niece: Aubrey C. Smith

Nephew(son): Kolbey C. Smith- Robinson

Uncle: Howard D. Johnson and a host of cherished cousins and extended family.

She also had her loving companion fur baby: Papi Smith.

She had many loving friends, co-workers & caring neighbors whom she loved dearly. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, and her memory will be cherished forever.

As a family, we would like to thank everyone who cared & loved Glennia. She was a special person who always put others' needs above her own.
