Glen A Allison

Glen A. Allison, on July 16, 2019, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family. Glen was 71 years of age, born in Philadelphia and residing in Bucks County for the past 10 years.  Glen was a graduate of Mastbaum Technical School and joined the United States Navy immediately following his graduation.  After retiring from the USN, Glen went on to become a Journeyman Plumber for more than 30 years until he retired in 2005.  Glen was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time outdoors, especially in Cape May, NJ where he lived for 6 months of every year.  He enjoyed traveling, especially cruising, and had taken more than 40 cruises throughout the world with his beloved wife of 50 years, Donna. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.  He is survived by his wife Donna, his sons, Keith (Debbie) and Glen, his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kevin, Annika, his sisters Nancy (Bill Freas) and Karen (Tom Rourke), and his many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to his interment Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.  Please arrive precisely at 1:45 pm in preparation for the Full Military Honors Service, so that interment can take place at 2 pm, due to cemetery restrictions.  In lieu of flowers, Glen's wishes are for donations in support of a disabled veteran’s organization of your choosing.
