Eugene A Yackimowicz

Eugene Albert Yackimowicz, March 14, 1933 – August 14, 2019. Born in Nanticoke, Pa. and raised in Shenandoah, Pa., he later moved to Levittown, and to the Morrisville/Yardley area. Eugene was a U.S. Air Force Korean Conflict veteran and a former employee of U.S. Steel, where he worked in the Shearing Division. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lucy Yackimowicz, two sisters, Adele Ponzo and Millie Maindelle, and a brother Leonard Yackimowicz. He is survived by sons, Eugene W., and Anthony and his companion MaryAnn, and by daughters Lenore Kotsur and her husband Jerome, and Lorri and her companion Dan, and grandchildren Melissa Fox, Bernard Gabrielle III, Joseph Gabrielle, Michael Yarish, Jeremy Yarish, Tara Barck, step grandchild Wesley Kotansky, 10 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Inurnment will take place Wednesday, September 4, 2 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
