Elizabeth DiRienzo

Elizabeth F. DiRienzo (Betsy), 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, surrounded by family. Betsy was a beacon of kindness and warmth, whose spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

A devoted mother, Betsy raised her six beloved children: Rick DiRienzo, Kiki Calasso, Lainie DiRienzo, Val DiRienzo, Tony DiRienzo, and Jessica DiRienzo. Her loving nature extended to her role as a grandmother to Joe and Lou DiRienzo and Valerie Calasso, whom she loved very deeply. 

Betsy cherished her family, and she is survived by her dear sisters, MaryJo Zuñiga and Sister Frances Paglione, RSM, as well as her brothers, John and Joe Paglione. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, John and Mary Paglione.

Known for her gentle spirit and unwavering love, Betsy was a kind and loving soul who will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. Her legacy of compassion and warmth will forever remain in our hearts, and her memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know her.

A celebration of Betsy's life will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at St Ignatius Church, 999 Reading Avenue Yardley, PA. There will be a viewing beginning at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11. All are welcome to attend.
