Donna M Gerome

Donna M. Gerome (nee: Cader) of Yardley, PA passed away unexpectedly on Friday July 8, 2022, at Jefferson Bucks Hospital in Langhorne surrounded by her loving family. She was 69.  Born in Philadelphia, raised in Bristol township, she has been a resident of Yardley for the past 40 years.  Donna attended St. Thomas Aquinas grade school, Bishop Conwell High School, and graduated from Drexel University. She was employed as a Dietitian for Capital Health System. Donna was an avid animal lover, traveler, and devout Catholic. She was the life of the party who enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Casimir Cader.  Donna will be greatly missed by her loving husband Michael Gerome of 47 years, her children Michael Gerome and his wife Stephanie, Timothy Gerome and his partner Zach, and Craig Gerome and his wife Tara.  She will also be greatly missed by her mother Florence Cader, her siblings Dr. Cas Cader, MD and his wife Patrice, Maureen Cibischino and her husband Dr. Rolando, her sister-in-law Patricia Gerome and her many nephews, niece, cousins, and friends. 

Family and friends are invited to gather Wednesday evening, July 13, 2022, from 7 – 9 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057 and again Thursday morning, July 14 from 9:30 – 10:30 am at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.  Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 am.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Donna’s name to Hope For The Animals, P. O. Box 306, Morrisville, PA 19067 or The Woman’s Animal Center, P.O. Box 1470, Bensalem, PA 19020.
