Dolores P. Antonelli (nee D’Uva) of Bristol Borough passed away peacefully on August 27, 2023, at Oxford Health Care Center in Langhorne surrounded by her loving family. She was 91. Born and raised in Bristol, where she has been a lifelong resident. Dolores was a devoted and lifelong parishioner of St Ann Church in Bristol, where she volunteered for many school and church functions especially the St Ann Carnival and Italian festival.
In 1952, Dolores married the love of her life John Antonelli and right after their wedding, he was drafted into the army and Dolores was right by his side while living in Salzburg Austria and from there they traveled throughout Europe before moving back to Bristol. She also enjoyed taking trips to the Jersey shore, cooking, and baking but most of all she enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband John of 52 years, her grandson John Antonelli III, and her parents Michael and Nancy D’Uva. Dolores will be greatly missed by her children Judy Kluck and her husband Jim, John Antonelli Jr, Gary Antonelli and her grandchildren Jamie, Matt, Gianna, and Jenna. She will also be greatly missed by her loving brother Michael D’Uva and his wife Joan, her brother-in-law Joseph Antonelli and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Friday morning from 8:30 -10:00 am at St Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA 19007. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Bristol Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of her name to St Mark Church, 1024 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA 19007.
