Deborah L Putnam

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah L Putnam, aged 64, on Thursday, September 26, 2024, in Langhorne, PA. 

Debbie was born in Kingston, PA. After graduating from Downingtown High School, she moved with her sister Elizabeth to Daytona Beach, FL. Shortly thereafter, she fell in love with her future husband, Mark Putnam and would go on to have two children together, Jeffrey and Courtney. She was well known as someone who took pride in everything they did, was extremely hardworking, and showed generosity to everyone she came across. She made lifelong friends everywhere she went and will always be remembered as someone you could count on to be there for you, no matter the circumstances.

Debbie is survived by her son, Jeffrey Putnam, daughter Courtney Putnam, brother Carl “Skip” Gross, and sisters Donna Pierce-Bongart and Elizabeth Warmouth. She was predeceased by her father, Stanley Gross, mother, Dorothy McElwee, and husband Mark Putnam.

A service to honor and celebrate the life of Debbie will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 9 – 10:30 am at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral service will be begin at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Women's Humane Society in Debbie’s memory.

Debbie will forever remain in our hearts as someone who always put others before herself, gave everyone a fair chance, and loved with all her heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all their extended family and friends for their kindness and support during this difficult time.
