Christina (Tina) Waite

Christina Waite (nee Coombs), known affectionately as Tina, passed away peacefully at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA on Sunday, August 11, 2024, following a short but tough battle with lung cancer. She was 54 years old. 

Christina's passion for great cooking and baking endeared her to many, as did her love for Bon Jovi and the thrills of the casino. She will be fondly remembered for her culinary skills and her joyful spirit.

Professionally, Christina had a successful career as a former employee of the IRS and Lower Bucks Hospital. Her dedication and hard work left a lasting impact on those she worked with. She received her education from St Ann School, Bishop Conwell High School, and Bucks County Technical High School.

In her life, Christina was surrounded by love from her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Mike, her children Brian (Ashley) and Meghan (Wilson), and her grandchildren Brielle, Chase, and Ava. She is also survived by her mother Karen Corning, stepfather Mark Corning, siblings Maria Fish, Natalie Kelly (Matt), and Mark Corning, as well as nephews Danny and Brady Fish and Matthew Kelly Jr. Christina also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will cherish her memory.

Christina Waite was preceded in death by her grandparents Edward and Theresa Crossan and Aunt Terry Cordisco.

Family and friends are invited to gather Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA 19007, please wear pink in honor of Tina’s favorite color. Interment is private under the direction of Galzerano Funeral Home.

In her final moments, Christina Waite was surrounded by the love of her family and the memories of a life well-lived. May she rest in peace.
