Cheryl E Ball

Cheryl EIleen Ball, 77 of Croydon, PA gained her wings on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, peacefully in her sleep after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. 

Cheryl worked as the File Room Manager at Edgecomb Metals for 40 years and the Croydon Pharmacy for nearly 50 years. After retirement Cheryl worked as a production clerk for Northtec, LLC. Cheryl loved animals and was a lifelong donor to the ASPC foundation. Cheryl enjoyed summers at Long Beach Island, NJ. Cheryl also enjoyed watching classic TV shows, ceramics, traveling to various places, her favorite being Bar Harbor, Maine and spending time with friends and family. 

She is predeceased by her parents, Laura and Frank Ball; her brother, Frank W. Ball; her favorite aunt; Florence Potena; and childhood friends, Dorothy and Steve Battershell.

Cheryl is survived by her sisters, Linda Mancini and Lauren Ball, both of Croydon, and Arlene Drzymala (Micheal) of Levittown. She leaves behind her nieces, Eve Rivers of Bristol and Joeylynn Mancini of Croydon, her nephew, Dominic Mancini of Phoenixville, as well as many cousins and a supportive circle of friends.

A devoted fan of Elvis Presley, Cheryl would be honored if friends and loved ones would listen to their favorite Elvis songs or admire the beauty of her favorite flower, the pink rose, in her memory.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Park Creek Place and Vitality Hospice for their compassionate care during Cheryl's final days. 

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Cheryl’s life at a memorial gathering on Monday, September 9, 2024, from 5 PM to 8 PM at The Club Capri, located at 5301 Bristol - Emilie Road, Levittown, PA 19057.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ASPCA or the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
