Charlotte Agnes Mitchell passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at the age of 102. Agnes was born in Millerton New Brunswick Canada and moved to Rhode Island in 1945. She was the wife of the late Inman L. Mitchell. Agnes is survived by her stepdaughter Jane A. Morris, son in law William F. Morris, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
