Cecilia M. Page, a devoted homemaker, was born on May 9, 1928, in the vibrant city of Atlantic City, New Jersey. She lived a life filled with love, laughter, and accomplishments, fostering deep connections with family and friends throughout her journey. Her departure on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her.
For sixty cherished years, Cecilia shared her life with her beloved husband, Robert. Together, they created a haven of warmth and affection, a true testament to enduring partnership and love. Cecilia was a nurturing mother to her children, Jack (John) Burger (Shirley), Steven Burger, and Robert Page, Jr., a role she embraced wholeheartedly. Her legacy of love extends further through her grandchildren: Cecelia (Kyle), Michael, Jason (Rochelle), Candice (Brian), Steven Jr, Liz (Joe) and Holly, who carry forward her spirit in their own lives. The family expands with great-grandchildren Dylan, Devon, Dakota, Riley, Bentley, Jacob, Shane, and many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cecilia's passions defined her; she found joy in crocheting, baking, and dancing. Beach trips were a favorite pastime, where the sun and sea unveiled the essence of her vibrant spirit. However, above all, it was her devotion to raising her boys and her role as a grandmother that brought her immeasurable happiness.
She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Joseph and Catherine Scott, as well as her siblings Joseph Scott, Charles Scott, Elizabeth Harvey, Babe Roberts, and Mary Moore.
The family mourns not just the physical loss but also remembers with fondness her son, Joseph Burger, whose absence is deeply felt at this difficult time.
In honoring Cecilia's life, her family invites those who wish to pay their respects at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Croydon, Pennsylvania, where a visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Mass from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Cecilia will then be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, where her memory will perpetually reside among loved ones.
Cecilia will be profoundly missed, her spirit echoing in the hearts of many.
