Carmella Eppolito

Carmella Eppolito, of Bristol PA passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was 85.

Loving daughter of the late Theresa and James Eppolito. Dedicated sister to TheresaJo Maffia. Devoted Godmother to Stefanie Stiltner and Julia Adams. She also had many dear Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends who she loved dearly.

Carmella was a loving role model and mother figure to so many. She was smart, witty, worldly, and independent. She had an amazing sense of humor and always had a great story to tell. She loved to travel and attend family dinners. Carmella had a deep religious faith. She loved St. Ann and St. Mark churches and attended both frequently. She loved her family and always wanted to be with them. Everyone loved her in return.

Carmella started working at Lower Bucks Hospital when it opened in 1954 and worked there until she retired in October 2019. She started working as a volunteer, eventually becoming an LPN and an EEG Tech. She ran the EEG department until she retired. She loved her job, and she loved the people that she worked with. Her colleagues called her the Betty White of Bristol. She will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to gather Monday, January 10, 2022, from 9 - 10 am at St Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA 19007. Funeral mass will begin at 10 am. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
