Barbara Ann Volponi

Barbara Ann Volponi (Kuhn), formerly of Bristol Borough, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 26, 2022, in Philadelphia PA. She was 71 years old. Born in Edgely, the daughter of the late William McKeage Kuhn and Margaret Elizabeth Kuhn (Taylor), Barbara had been a longtime resident of Bristol.

She met the love of her life, the late Randolph (Randy) Volponi and married him on April 4, 1987.  Together they were married for 34 years and were truly the definition of soulmates. They shared a million lifetimes of wonderful memories; and raised four beautiful children. She was a proud parent and went to every school and sporting event that her children had.

In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Carol McDevitt.

Barbara will be remembered as the loving mother to Nicole, Amber, Randolph, and James.  She was the loving Mimi to her grandson, Julian Matthew.  She is also survived by her brother William Kuhn.  She will be missed by her nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from  12 -1:30 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA19057. Funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
