Anthony "Tony" J. Bomentre

August 30, 1962 — August 17, 2022

Anthony “Tony” Joseph Bomentre, age 59 of Feasterville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, after a very brief illness.

Tony was born, raised, and resided in Bristol Boro before moving to Feasterville PA twenty-one years ago. Bristol Boro never left Tony’s heart, and he went back often to visit many favorite places and attend events. Tony graduated from Bristol High School and attended Bloomsburg University before moving on to begin a career in the Uniform Service Industry.

Tony worked in the uniform industry for twenty years, working his way from routeman to General Manager. Tony started a new career with Kaeser Compressors as a Branch Territory Manager, a job which he both loved and excelled in, earning the prestigious Presidents Club award after only his first year of service.

Tony was an avid golfer. He loved the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. Nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his best friend and wife, Karen, raising his two sons, Sam, and Jeremy, and becoming a Pop-Pop to four amazing grandchildren that he loved to watch grow. His true passion in life was spending time with all his family and celebrating long held family traditions. Tony had a larger-than-life personality and an unforgettable smile that left a lasting impression on anyone who had the pleasure to know him.

Left behind to cherish his life are wife Karen Kramer; sons Sam (Michelle) and Jeremy (Theresa) Kramer; sister Antonette Bomentre-Walter; niece Amanda (Matthew) Angellella-Christenson; nephews Andrew & Nicholas Angellella, and Steven Schreckengost; grandchildren Jeremy, Noah, Natalie, and Sammy Kramer; and great nephew Deryk Christenson. Also left behind is Tony’s family unit that includes his loving sister’s-in-law and brother’s-in-law who were not blood related but were his own brothers and sisters; his nieces and nephews, who all loved, respected, and enjoyed spending time with Uncle Tony, as well as all the great nieces and nephews and too many friends to mention.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Margarete Bomentre, sister Anna Marie Bomentre-Schreckengost, and nephew Steven Dvorak.

Family and friends are invited to gather Friday, August 26, 2022.  Funeral service will begin at 11 am, followed by visitation from 11:30 - 1 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
