Annamma Mathew

Annamma Mathew was born into a Christian family on August 26, 1938, to the late Varghese Thomas and the late Saramma Varghese at Kannukettil house in Ranny Kerala India. She was the 4th of 5 children with 3 sisters and 1 brother. She received her registered nursing degree in Mission Hospital.

She became the wife of Mathew Varughese on June 10, 1964. They were married for 60 years and were blessed with three children who loved her dearly.

Annamma immigrated to the United States of America in 1974 . She worked at the Veteran Affairs Hospital for 32 years. She was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and was a member of St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church of Philadelphia.

She is survived by her three loving children ( Suresh, Rajesh, Usha) and her husband Mathew Varughese along with her beloved grandchildren Hannah, Jason and Shayna.
