Alfred R Fetterolf of Levittown was called to be with the lord on August 29, 2022. Affectionately known to all his friends and family as Rocky, he was born in Germantown on July 8, 1936. A 1954 graduate of Dobbins Tech, his family moved to the Plumridge section of Levittown in 1955. Rocky served with the US Air Force from 1956 to 1959. He was employed by US Steel, Fairless Hills from 1960 to 1985. While on leave on Memorial Day in 1959, Rocky would meet the love of his life, Elaine at a birthday party for her mother. After he returned to the Air Force in Louisiana, Rocky and Elaine would correspond by mail until his service was over in August of that summer. In only a few short months, Rocky and Elaine would be married on November 14, 1959. Rocky and Elaine remained married in Levittown for over 62 years. One of his favorite hobbies was painting. He was a master with the canvas and oil paints, a skill that he shared with his father. Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Seth and Gertrude Fetterolf, and his brother David Fetterolf.
