Ross Nunn Jr.

Ross Ralph Nunn Jr., age 59, passed away suddenly on December 12, 2010 doing his favorite thing, singing with the “Men of Harmony” singing group. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Levittown, he was an employee of the former U.S. Steel Company where he worked in Maintenance. He will be remembered as a loyal, hard-working man who gained the trust and respect of all his peers. Ross was a proud member, and shooting instructor, of the National Rifle Association. He was the present President of the “Men of Harmony” singing group and loved performing for children, and men and women in assisted care facilities. He was a loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Lois A. (nee: Wilson-Townsend); his children Ross R. Nunn III, Robert C. Nunn, and Christina M. Nunn; his grandson Max; and his brother James Nunn and his wife Jane. He is also survived by his 4 step-children; 4 step-grandchildren; and many good friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Thursday, 6-8pm, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, followed by a period of remembrance to begin at 8pm in the funeral home.
