William Schaeffer

William Bigler Schaeffer, age 90, passed away April 5, 2010, at his daughter’s home in Edgewater, MD, after a short illness. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. Schaeffer has been a Levittown resident for the past 40 years. He is the husband of Demy A. Schaeffer. Mr. Schaeffer is survived by his daughter Rachel and granddaughter Madison. He also has a son Eric Schaeffer and his wife Lyn of Levittown and their 2 children John and Elizabeth, and a daughter Karen Scott and her husband Moses of Tullytown and their 2 children Nathan and Janae. Relatives and friends are invited to call Sat., 10-11am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown where funeral services will begin at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to Bethany Baptist Church, 3030 Bethany Lane, Ellicott City, MD 21042, in support of their building fund.
