Daniel Jaworski, age 92, passed away suddenly on January 6, 2010 at his residence in Trevose, PA. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, and in 1957 moved to the newly formed area of Highland Park in Levittown to raise his family. He was a WWII U.S. Army Vet who served in the Pacific Theatre with the 95th Light Tank Co. He was a retiree of Midvale Heppsenstall Steel Co. in Nicetown where he worked for 42 years. After his retirement, he and his wife bought a R.V. and together they traveled all over the U.S. and down through Mexico for the next 18 years. His 1st love was his wife and the time they spent traveling together. He loved spending time with his children. He learned to use a computer at age 88 and began his “2nd job” as a Stock Trader which he did daily. He was preceded in death by his son Danny Jaworski. He will be greatly missed by the love of his life Mable R. (nee: McKee) to whom he was married for 57 yrs; and his children Diane Jaworski-Everson and her husband Glen, and Denise Tisone and her husband Bob. He is the beloved grandfather of Joey, Christine, Christy, Stephen, Jay, Michael, Joshua, Holly, Gabrielle, Glen Michael, Jason Eric, and Kyle; and great grandfather of Jessica, Eddie, Caitlin, Lacy, Marissa, and Brooke. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, especially Cheryl Nuccio and her husband Michael, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Sat., 11am, at Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, Bristol. Religious services will begin 12noon at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately. The family requests memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, 625 W. Ridge Pike, Bldg.A100, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
