Elizabeth Souchak

Elizabeth Souchak of Levittown passed away peacefully on September 30, 2017 at her residence with her loving husband by her side. She was 95. Born and raised in Mahanoy City, PA before moving to the Levittown area in 1953. She was a lifelong member of St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, a member of the League of Sacred Heart, enjoyed taking trips across the country, making pierogis, she was an avid Polka dancer, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her siblings John Hentosh, Joseph Hentosh, Charles Hentosh, Daniel Hentosh and Susan Malone. Betty will be greatly missed by her loving husband Harry of 72 years and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 9 – 10:00 am at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 2026 Bath Rd, Bristol, PA 19007. Funeral Mass will begin at 10 am. Interment will follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery, 438 West Pine Street, Mahanoy City, PA 17948. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Mary Ukrainian Church.
