Raymond A Pica

March 3, 1953 — March 25, 2017

Raymond “Ray” A. Pica, 64, of Bristol passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by loving family on Saturday, March 25, 2017. He was the beloved husband of his devoted wife Patricia “Penny” (Gonzalez) for 43 years. Together they raised two children, his daughter, Janice McKeehan and her husband Mark, and his son, Raymond W. Pica and his significant other, Lori Vache; and have four grandchildren, Cameron, Aidan, Genevieve, and Liam. Loved like his own children are his niece, Loretta (Lee) Van Reuter and her husband Eric and children Evelyn and Charles, and nephew, Brian “Butch” Lee and wife Merri and children Brian and Jack. Through the years he lived in Bristol and Langhorne and worked as an electrician and was a member of the IBEW Local 98. Ray always knew how to make anyone laugh - even in the most inappropriate of situations. He enjoyed taking fishing trips to Island Beach State Park where he loved to drive along the beach and go surf-fishing, as well as riding his boat on the Delaware River, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and his dog, Sweetie. He will be greatly missed by his loving mother, Frances Campion (Ciotti), and two siblings, Daniel Pica and his wife Sherry, and Marianne Campion-Hall along with his Aunt Josephine DiFelice (Ciotti) and Aunt Theresa Grisolia (Pica) and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph A. Pica; his stepfather, Richard F. Campion; and his stepbrother, Richard M. Campion. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 12 – 2 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Interment will be held private. Donations can be made in his memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (www.pancan.org).
