Marion "Reds" Mattoi

January 14, 1930 — October 17, 2016

Marion Mattoi “Reds” passed away peacefully on October 17, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 86. Born and raised in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late John and Lilly Pinelli. She was a devoted member of St. Anns Church and the choir. Reds was also a member of various organizations in the area. Reds enjoyed being the life of the party, living on Lafayette Street, whether it was playing cards at someone’s house, laughing and dancing at get-together’s with her family and friends, cooking for everyone or just sitting on her porch enjoying her neighbors. She is preceded in death by her husband’s William Hill and Al Mattoi, her daughter Corine Hill, her granddaughter Heather Lugo, her sibling’s Ernie Pinelli, June Giallella and Rose DiGuiseppe and her nieces Marlene Stiltner and Deborah Christensen. Reds will be greatly missed by her children Rick Pinelli, Sharon Hill, Bill Hill, her grandchildren Corrine, Tara, Erica, Bill, Jeanette, Nick, Ricky, Christina, Kacie, Paige and 11 great grandchildren and her brother in law Frank Giallella. She will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins and closest friends Sylvia and Bootsie. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday morning from 9:00 – 10:00 am at the Galzerano Funeral Home 430 Radcliffe St Bristol Pa 19007. Funeral Service will be celebrated 10:00 am.
