Elma Rose Efaw

Elma Rose Efaw of Levittown, Pa passed away peacefully on October 9, 2016 at St. Mary Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.  She was 84.  She was born and raised in Idamay, West Virginia, before moving to Levittown in 1953 where she currently resided.  She was employed as a manager at the Golden Dawn Diner at 5 Points in Levittown for over 30 years until her retirement in 2009.  Elma enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City and Parx Casino with her family but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Efaw, her daughters Judy Beyer, Marlene Luchsinger and her grandsons Robert Hoffman and Michael Kingsland. Elma will be greatly missed by her loving children, Sandra Rinkevich and her husband Edward, Wendy Roberts and her husband Herbert, Kenneth Efaw and his wife Karen, her 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday October 12, 2016 from 6-8 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral service will begin at 8:00 pm. Burial will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
