Dora Ann Yeager

Dora Ann Yeager of Croydon, PA passed away peacefully on September 18, 2016 at Woodriver Village surrounded by her loving family. She was 89. Born and raised in Tamaqua, PA before moving to the Bucks County area in 1954. She had a career as a registered nurse doing private duty for all the local area hospitals and later in her career she was employed as an industrial nurse for Rohm and Haas. Dora retired to Naples, FL, she was blessed with over 20 years of making new and lasting friendships. Dora was an avid reader and also enjoyed dancing, playing pinochle, bowling, traveling, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, John Yeager and her 7 siblings. Dora will be greatly missed by her loving children John V. Yeager and his wife Susie, Sandra A. Braverman and her husband Craig, Diane M. Fecht and her husband Michael, Debbie Fecht Fenimore and her husband Norm and 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 9 - 10:30 am at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 601 Bristol Pike, Croydon, PA 19021. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
