Florence "Babe" Gaudioso

Florence (Babe) Gaudioso of Bristol passed away peacefully on September 14, 2016 at St. Mary Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 87. Born and raised in the Holmesburg Section of Philadelphia before moving to Bristol in 1956. She was employed as an assembler at Northtex, St. Mary Hospital, and at Middletown Police Department. Babe was an avid flea marketer and enjoyed taking trips to the Jersey Shore, crossword puzzles, word searches and Judge Judy but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Gaudioso, her siblings, Elwood Harsch, Francise Clapp, Thelma Mawson, Edward Harsch, and Evelyn Verona. Babe will be greatly missed by her children Vivian McKenna and her husband James, Karen Gaudioso, Kim Bellis and her husband Brad, her grandchildren Todd, Michele, George, Angela, Lauren, Brandon and her great grandchildren Dylan and Cara and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend on Saturday morning from 9:00 – 10:30 am at the Galzerano Funeral Home 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to American Diabetes Foundation.
