Alice Marquis

On Sat., Sept. 3, 2016, Alice (Felice) Marquis passed away in Yardley. She was born on Oct. 3, 1923, to the late Joseph and Rosa Felice of Woonsocket, RI. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Herve, and also by her oldest son. Herve. Alice lived most of her life in the Violetwood section of Levittown. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed the beach, reading, and cross-stitch; but was happiest in the kitchen. She was an excellent cook and there was always room at the table for one more. She is survived by her son, Robert Marquis and his wife wife Betty of Bristol, her son Alan Marquis and his wife Linda of Yardley, and daughter Linda Todd and her husband Bud of Knotts Island, NC. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren: Amanda (Dan) Yeager, Samantha (Greg) Cashel, Craig Marquis, Shelby (Mike) Wagner, Kourtney (Joe) Engle, Christopher (Lori) Todd, and Allison (Jason) Walsh, and 10 great grandchildren. Alice came from a large family and was preceded in death by 9 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her sister, Nora, of Woonsocket, RI, and a host of nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sat., 9:30-10:30 AM, at St. John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Rd., Morrisville, PA 19067. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM.
