Ralph A. Riccio, Jr “Buster” passed away peacefully on August 28, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 77. Born and raised in Bristol Boro, he was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in the Cold War, afterwards he was employed as a laborer with U.S. Steel for 30 years. Buster enjoyed combining nutrition with physical training, strolling through Bristol Boro, devoted to his catholic heritage, leading people by example, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his son Buster and his brother Michael Riccio. Buster will be great missed by his loving wife of 30 years Maryann, his children Maria and her husband Steven, Albert and his wife Jennifer, Steven and his wife Jennifer, Anthony and his wife Karen, and Jennifer and her husband Eric. He will also be greatly missed by his 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 2nd, 2016 from 9:15 – 9:45 am at St Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 3331 Street Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
