Howard S James, Jr.

Howard S. James, Jr. (known as Bud to his family and friends) of Bensalem passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 67. Born in Philadelphia, raised in Bensalem, he was the son of the late Howard James and Ella Sears. Over the years he was a Plant Manager at Union Carbide, Jet Plastica and First Brand/Clorox. After he retired he worked part time as a driver for Bucks County Transport. Howard was a past member of the Nottingham Fire Department who also enjoyed Philadelphia sports, cars, and being poolside with his loving family. He is preceded in death by his brother William James and granddaughter Alicia Krzemien. Howard will be greatly missed by his children Thomas James (Brenda), Michael James and his wife Michelle, Joseph James (Joanne), Annmarie James, his loving companion and best friend Deb Manel, and grandchildren Andrea, Ashley, Scott, William and Mileigh. He will also be greatly missed by his great grandchildren Jacob and Aubrey, brothers Bob James (Leigh), Jack James and his wife Karen and his nieces and nephews. Interment will be held privately by the Galzerano Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to The American Cancer Society.
