Florence O'Hara

Florence O’Hara, of Croydon, Pa., passed away peacefully on January 1, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 89. Born in Philadelphia, raised in Andalusia before moving back to Philadelphia where she married the love of her life of 67 years, Norman O’Hara. She was a very independent and a humble person with a big heart who loved and cherished every moment with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Florence will be greatly missed by her children, Norman O’Hara, Jr. and his wife Nadine, Elaine Kawai and her husband Chris, Steven O’Hara and his wife Elmira, and her 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She will also be missed by her brothers, Michael Scioli and his wife Blanche, George Scioli and his wife Karen, and her sister Dolores Heil and her husband Jack. Relatives and frie1nds are invited to call on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 11:00 - 12:30 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Rd., Levittown, Pa 19057. Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
