A. Theresa Dennen

A. Theresa Dennen, age 95, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2009 at Green Leaf Nursing Center. She was born and raised in Exchange, PA, and in her teen years moved to the Emilie area. In the 1930’s, she moved to Bristol and finally settled in the newly developed area of Levittown. Theresa was an employee of the former Leedom’s Carpet Mill, and eventually retired from Nylomatic Plastics Co. of Morrisville. She was a extremely religious person who cherished the time she spent with her family. She was one of the 1st parishioners of Immaculate Conception Church. She was an avid book reader. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Sarah (nee: Snyder) Dennen; her daughter Mary Jane Mortimer; her brothers Patrick, Leroy and Bernard; and sisters Leona Bills and Mary Wilkinson. She will be sadly missed by her granddaughters Peggy Papp and her husband Ernie, and Mary Albinski; and grandson Joseph Mortimer. She is the loving great grandmother of Sarah and Samantha Papp and Kristen Albinski. She is also survived by her beloved nieces Patricia Higham and her husband William, and Judy Lucini and her husband Bill; and many great nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call Sat., 9:30-10:30am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Rd. Funeral Mass will follow, 11am, at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment will be held at a later date at the family’s convenience. Memorial donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Church, 5201 Emilie Rd., Levittown, PA 19057.
