Joan Hendrickson Frezza

Joan Hendrickson Frezza, age 84, of Venice, FL, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, she was a long-time resident of Bristol Borough and Langhorne before moving to Florida. Joan was an avid pinochle player and loved spending time with her family boating on the upper Chesapeake Bay. She was a devoted member of New Hope Christian Church in Florida. She was predeceased by her first husband William “Chief” Hendrickson and is survived by her husband Arthur Frezza. She will be greatly missed by her children William Hendrickson (Gerald), James Hendrickson (Dina), and Joseph Hendrickson (Donna); and her step-children Dawn Martin (Donald), Denise Berstler (George), and Michael Frezza (Sue). She will also be missed by her 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wed., 10:30am, at Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA. Funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.
