Michalena Pirri

Michalena (Mikki) Pirri, age 76, passed away on June 24, 2015. She was born on April 24, 1939 in Bristol, PA, and raised there as well. For the past 31 years, she resided in Levittown, PA, with her good friends Diana and Suzy. Mikki attended Delta Community Center for many years, and loved participating in activities, spending time with friends, and going out on trips to favorite places. Mikki was a kind and “spunky” lady who made her presence known. At home she enjoyed hand dancing to the “oldies”, going to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a goodie, taking day trips to the shore and hanging out on the beach and boardwalk, and enjoying time in the mountains. One of her favorite activities was walking on Mill Street with her sisters and enjoying cheeseburgers and french fries for lunch. She loved family and friends to stop by any time for a visit. She is preceded in death by her siblings Mary Fortini, Michalena Pirri, Loretta Ciotti, Rita Napoli, Albina Pirri, Carlo Pirri, and Louis Pirri; and her parents Guido and Rosa Pirri. She will be greatly missed by her sister Yolanda Volponi; her sister-in-law Eleanor Pirri; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will also be missed by Deb, Lashay, Sandy, Carole, Tracy, Susan, Gina, Isabelle, Bonnie, Beth, Marianne, Maisha, Alisha, Georgia, Carol, Viola, Bobbie, Stephanie, Natta, Cindy, Julie, and many others at Growth Horizons, Delta, and Penndel. Special thanks from her family and friends to all at Eleanor’s Garden Hospice and Lower Bucks Hospital for their amazing care and compassion. Burial will be held privately at St. Mark Cemetery.
