Dennis McCarthy

Dennis J. McCarthy, age 49, of Yardley, PA, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 5, 2015 at home. Born and raised in Bristol Borough, he has been a resident of Yardley for the past 5 years. He was a former employee of Remco General Contractor of Allentown where he was an accomplished Electrician. Previously, he was a long-time employee of Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol Twp. He was a member of St. Ann Athletic Association. Dennis loved all sports, especially attending Flyers games. He also coached youth football and was a certified P.I.A.A. umpire. He was a daily communicant and cherished his religious values and loved going to the beach in Ocean City, NJ. He also loved watching Seinfeld and Shark Tank. Dennis was a warm and caring individual who loved to spend time with his friends and family. He was predeceased by his father Dennis McCarthy; his grandparents John and Jennie Spadaccino; and his uncle John Spadaccino. He will be greatly missed by his son Zachary; his mother JoAnne (nee: Spadaccino) McCarthy; his brother Kevin McCarthy; and his uncle Jim Spadaccino and his wife Christus and their daughter Jenna Spadaccino. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, 6:30pm-9pm, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street in Bristol. Funeral service will begin at 9pm. Interment is private.
