Louis Marseglia

Louis J. Marseglia, age 58, of Bristol Borough, passed away suddenly on Mon., December 29, 2014 at his home. Born and raised in Bristol Borough, he was a retired employee of L-3 Communications West (formerly Teledyne Communications). He was President of the Board of Directors for the Grundy Recreation Center, and was Assistant Coach of Bishop Egan Ice Hockey. He was a life-time member of Bristol Fire Company Station #51 where he served as past President. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 906, the Bristol Moose Lodge 1169, and the St. Ann Athletic Association all in Bristol Borough. He was also a faithful parishioner of St. Ann Church. Louis enjoyed boating in “the Miss Marie” and showing his 1976 Corvette in car shows, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his father John Marseglia; his uncle John Micozzi (Dorothy), and his aunt Philomena Galzerano (Joe “Coco”). He will be greatly missed by his mother Marie Marseglia; his many cousins and friends; and Molly Marseglia. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, 7pm-9pm, and Saturday, 8:30am-9:30am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Sat., 10am, at St. Ann Church. Interment will follow at St. Mark Cemetery.
