John P. Higgins Jr., age 63, of Morrisville, PA, passed away on December 11, 2014 at Manor Care in Yardley. Relatives and friends may attend his funeral on Wed., 10am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Road in Levittown. A memorial service will begin at 11am. Interment is private.
