Lori Tyler

September 1, 1975 — September 30, 2014

On Sept., 30, 2014 a light seemed to be forever extinguished in our family. Lori Joy Tyler (Zabielski) passed peacefully to be with our Lord after a courageous battle with cancer. Lori was a life-long resident of Lower Bucks County and a 1993 graduate of Pennsbury H.S. Lori was caring and compassionate and one of the most kind-hearted people you will ever come across. As an active member of the church community, she found solace in the words and teachings of God. Her devout faith and remarkable strength were commendable. It was her love for God and her beautiful family that helped her face each day with grace, admiration, and resolution during her arduous battle. Lori was very artistic and loved to paint and play the piano. She enjoyed the outdoors. She loved camping and travelled across Europe with her husband Dave; but her most proud moments in life were caring for her family. An inspirational mother and wife, Lori's greatest moments were those spent with her family; especially her children whom she loved dearly. Lori lived a full life in her short years. Yes, for a brief moment the light seemed to have gone out, but it was just a flicker. Lori's light will shine on forever within our hearts and minds. Her light will shine on through the love and beliefs that she installed in her children; and it will shine on through all of us that were blessed to have her in our lives. She is preceded in death by her brother-in-law James Tyler. She is survived by her loving husband Dave; and her 3 beloved children David (7), Holland (5), and Johanna (2). She is also survived by her parents Tom and Cynthia (Catania) Zabielski; her brother Tom and wife Lori (Gallagher) Zabielski; her brother Michael Zabielski; sister Nikki Zabielski; grandfather Joe Zabielski; niece Anna, nephews Anthony and Roman Zabielski; mother and father-in-law Mija and David Tyler Sr.; brother-in-law Thomas Tyler; and many adoring aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relative and friends are invited to call Mon., Oct. 6, 10-11am, at St. John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Rd., Morrisville, PA 19067, followed a Mass. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA. To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Lori Tyler, please visit our flower store.
